Job Description
• Achieve sales target by customer and by product line
• Insure sales phasing on 4 weeks time interval
• Recording orders and sending details to the sales assistants
• Coordinating with logistic team on order deliveries
• Achieve collection target by customer
• Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and create new opportunities
• Deploy initiative /promotions on time and achieve related sales target
• Deploy new launches on time
• Insure share of shelf, share of products, share of leaflet, share of display
• Secure adequate reports of sales analysis, initiative recaps and stock expire
• Insure customer stock management and stock rotation
• Report competition activities, initiatives and launches
• acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• Maintain and developing relationships with existing customers and gain a clear understanding of customers and their requirements
• listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• challenging any objections with a view to get all sales fundamentals and monthly plan implemented
• negotiating the terms of any agreement and reaching agreements
• Gathering market information
• attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
• Manage a team of merchandiser
Skills
• Basic Knowledge of Computer skills, including MS Office
• Average level of Verbal and Written English language
• Good negotiation skills
• Team Player (Can work effectively with others)
• Energetic
• Presentable
• College Degree is a must
• Experience is a plus
