Job Description
-Maintains, cleans and cares for assigned fire station.
-Participates in training for fire, emergency medical, hazardous-materials and related emergency services as directed and authorized by the City.
-Drives, operates and cares for assigned apparatus and equipment
-Participates or assists in emergency and non-emergency operations as may be required, relating to fire, emergency medical, hazardous-materials and other related services.
-Performs fire hydrant surveys and inspections in accordance with past practice.
Skills
-Participates in pre-fire planning surveys and inspections.
-Assists in fire prevention and / or public fire safety education programs and related duties.
