We wish to appoint two highly professional Human Resource Managers, of Saudi nationality, one to be Jeddah based, the other to be located in Riyadh.
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar and have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing a successful HR team. You will be competent giving strategic direction and acting as a business partner to the Divisional Management team in total.
Your proven experience will encompass Organizational Development, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Policies and Procedures, Recruitment and Retention etc.
High energy levels, the ability to multi task and a strong command of the English Language are all essential.
