Job Description
The HR & Administration Manager will be responsible of Create Company Policy & Procedure and Create Salary Structure Policy, Involve in updating salary structure, Re-organizing & designing HR Organization Chart, Coordinate & support all recruitment with dept′s manager, Provide & support comprehensive reports, Manage & coordinate internal / external advertisements, Updating HR Policy & Procedure, Manage & maintain performance evaluation, Ensure that all jobs description are updated regularly, Development of HR KPIs, coordination of all public and governmental relation, also he will responsible of all internal purchasing and maintenance of the administrative building, and he will be responsible of employees files and payroll activities and its transfer to the accounting section.
