Job Description
a. Supervising the daily routine work of the Government Relations
b. Developing excellent relations with the Passports Department,
Labor Office, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ensure updated
information about new regulations.
c. Controlling the in and out and the safe custody of the employees’
passports and Igamas.
d. Overseeing employee notification in ample time of iqama near
expiry and taking action.
e. Ensuring that Iqamas & work permits issued, renewed, and
canceled on time to avoid imposing fines on the company.
f. Ensuring that the company is not paying fines against no or late
renewal of iqama or any other documents unless approved by
HR Director.
g. Preparing visas files & following up with Labor Office until obtaining
the visas.
h. Obtaining the visit visas on time.
i. Ensuring dully signed passport form while releasing employees’
passports & keeping following up with employees until passports
are restored again.
j. Keeping employee information
k. Performing any other duties and responsibilities to be assigned to
him by the HR Manager.
