1. Supervises, trains, and directs, disciplines and co-ordinates public area cleaners in the prompt and efficient housekeeping of public areas - according to Coral International Al-Khobar standards.
2. Assists and performs all functions of a public area cleaner.
3. Inspects public areas to ensure standards are maintained.
4. Prepares maintenance work orders in regard to replacements or repair of furniture, fixtures, etc. Follows through on work orders to ensure completion of the task.
5. Performs job responsibilities in a safe manner to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Demonstrates the “Yes I Can” attitude at all times.
7. Acquires working knowledge of hotel and in-house facilities to response to guest questions in this area as required.
8. Maintains a favourable working relationship with all personnel to foster and promote a harmonious working climate conductive to maximum employee morale, efficiency and productivity.
9. Performs all accountabilities in a timely and efficiency manner, following established company policy and projecting a favourable image of Coral International Al-Khobar to achieve objectives, public recognition and acceptance.
10. Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken when appropriate.
