Job Description
• Implementation of Operational Process standards.
• Maintaining and updating Retail File Records at any given time as required.
• Monitor and Analyzed all Ongoing and Accomplish Retail Projects
• To Consolidate all activities such as VOC, Feedback, Complains, Retail Promotions and other related activities
• Communicate to all Regional Retail Offices/Showrooms to establish link in how to enhance the task and monitoring of all activities with supporting analysis and data
• Analyzing Data and putting into proper tools and applications in order to disseminate the information to all concern parson/department
• Gathering and consolidating Data taken to multi sources and execute a proper analysis as per the required
• Preparing a Daily, Weekly or Monthly report, analysis and other related data and submitted to the Retail Manager
• Direct communications with the entire department related to planning and follow up with external companies/ personalities.
• Engaging in improving the System of retail through our IT partners FBTC and SAP team.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and can easily execute and interpret all the required by the Retail Department.

- A minimum of three years experience in Planning and related work environments
- Fluency in oral, written and read Arabic and English
