To support our expansion plans we require an experienced Recruitment Officer in our busy Saudia Arabia head office in Riyadh. Reporting to the KSA Recruitment Manager you will be playing a pivotal role to ensure that all recruitment is delievered in the Central Province. Your duties will include:* Work closely with the Operations teams of our world famous brands in Riyadh to identify their recruitment requirements;* Plan and implement recruitment campaigns to ensure all new hires are recruited on time for the business; * Think of new ways to attract the best candidates to our businesses in Riyadh including through newspaper adverts and internet adverts;* Screen and select CVs to meet the requirements for current vacancies;* Interview and select the best candidates for the final interviews with Operations Managers;* Plan, organise and execute recruitment events including Open days and overseas recruitment trips with Saudi nationalistion requirements always in mind;* Report accurately on the status of all vacancies and the progress of candidates to joining the company;* Ensure top quality candidate care and onboarding practices are always followed;* Provide advice to managers and employees on recruitment policies and procedures.Yoy will be managing a team of Recruitment Administrators * Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a real desire to be part of a busy HR Recruitment team;* Ability to work and deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines (essential as we have many new and exciting stores opening); * Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills;* Conscientious, thorough and pays great attention to details; * A persuasive and good communicator, enjoys working in a team and good at building positive relations with internal customers;* Creative and innovative, has lots of ideas to ask ''what can we do differently?''* Results focus to ensure that good ideas are put in to action;* Inclusive and collaborative management style.* Held a recruitment or HR position in a medium to large company;* Supervisory or management experience preferred;* Retail Operations experience will be an advantage; * Excellent spoken & written English essential;* Fluent in Arabic (a Saudi national is preferred for this position);* Good microsoft word and excel computer skills are essential;* Experience of on line recruitment techniques and use of an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a definite advantage
