Shift In Charge

- In charge for the shift control room and entire plant operation.
- Process and Operation supervision for Crusher sections, Stacker and reclaimer, Raw grinding, Pryo process and Cement grinding.
- Coordination with other department shift personnel for smooth operation of the plant as well as to troubleshoot the shift operational problems.
- Execution of work instructions from Process Engineer.
- Supervising and cooperating with CCR operators for smooth and optimized operation of the plant.
- Supervising the refractory work and coordination with other departments during plant maintenance as well as emergency shutdown.
- Preparation of production report, maintaining documentation and department records.
- Periodical verification of safety interlocks by simulation checks and updating the records.
