Job Description
- Accountable for all workshop activities such as monitoring and managing the workshop.
- Coordinate with the senior management and manage all aspects and operations of workshop in Central Workshop and all other branches.
- Managing and training the staff for all types of maintenance.
- Identifies and organizes staff training needs of improving technical knowledge and job performance.
- Supervise, assist and give duties to the staff.
- Prepares schedule of program and duties.
Skills
- Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in the same field of expertise.
- Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English language.
- Must be computer literate in all Windows and MS Office Applications such as Word and Excel.
- Should have a good experience in workshop management
