As a Store Manager, you will be managing a fast paced store providing excellent customer service experience to all customers. You will be accountable to maximise store contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales. A Store Manager leads by example to reduce stock loss, maximize merchandising opportunities and maintain cost controls. * Manage store operations on a day to day basis, driving sales and maximizing profits * Work closely with brand team, providing feedback about the product and the range * Deliver high levels of motivation and development to a diverse team whose first language is not English whilst ensure individual and store compliance with all company regulations and procedures. Lead by example. * Bring positive recognition to the brand through effective communication * The key performance indicators are store sales, compliance to brand in store visual merchandising, maintaining cost and stockloss control, people management and development and compliance to in store administration* Store Management experience of at least 2 to 3 years with the last two years in a Store Manager role or a Deputy Store Manager within a bigger store. * Previous experience in a pharmacy or medicine related environment. * Excellent management skills, with the ability to think and react in a high energy and fast paced environment * An ability to communicate effectively in English, Arabic is desirable* Ability to handle staff, customer complaints and resolve store issues
