Job Description
-Design and deliver training programs to achieve effective on-boarding of new mortgage loan officers and update skills and knowledge of existing loan officers.
-Training topics will cover all aspects of mortgage loan production, including product knowledge, compliance, pricing and lock in policy, systems, operations and other relevant policy and procedure.
-Supervise training staff. Coordinate with the corporate training division and other departments to achieve training goals and objectives
Skills
-Bachelor's degree - preferably in training
-10 years mortgage experience, including sales experience
-5 years in a training manager role within a mortgage lender - preferably a bank, sales environment preferred
-Experience developing a mortgage sales training program from start to finish
-Proven ability to motivate staff resulting in increased sales
-Excellent communication and presentation skills required
-Strong attention to detail
-Proven ability to multi-task
