Maintenance Manager

1. Producing maintenance plans for all fixed assets including: buildings and structures, equipments, electrical and mechanical facilities.
2. Provide preventive maintenance, plans and follow-up schedules.
3. Providing input to operating plans to ensure that sufficient safe access is provided for maintenance.
4. Planning and implementing the maintenance organization required to deliver the maintenance plan.
5. Providing input to the asset management maintenance system specification and on the required level of spare parts and components for the operation and maintenance.
6. Accepting assets from suppliers and ensuring the provision of adequate documentation and maintenance procedures.

Skills

1. Minimum of ten (10) years related experience maintaining fixed assets.
2. University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3. Strong leadership and people management skills
4. Possess an in-depth knowledge of safe methods of working on food processing.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
