- Answers incoming calls relating to orders and queries
- Process customer orders into the system
- Deals with Faxed LPOS orders
- Informs customers status of their orders
- Review stock list
- Maximise sales opportunities
- Inform customers of new brands, special promotions, price changes
- Mainitains awareness of credit issues vis system
- Maintains record of customers and their product history
- Liases with other divisions such as Finance, Logistics, Sales, Marketing
- Logs & communicates customer information to BLS to ensure timely & efficient delivery
- Process customer complaints and follow up for action
EDUCATION
-Diploma in Sales & Marketing, or Graduate in a business related subject desirable
- IT Proficient in Word & Excel
- Communications
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years in telesales role, preferably in the liqor industry
- Experience in data entry
