Warehouse Supervisor

JD Summary :

To manage a complete warehouse operation and is accountable for all operations of the warehouse including local inventory management and records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the provision of a professional and efficient local or regional warehousing operation.
- Ensures the maintenance of the condition of stock held in the warehouse.
- Operates and improves inventory management systems to meet required inventory levels.
- Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
- Plan the arrangements of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock, such as chilled goods or fragile products.
- Oversee picking, checking and delivery activity.
- Keeping stock control system up to date.
- Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles and equipments.
- Previous background in Stationery will be a plus with at least 3 years of experience in warehousing.

Skills

- Degree level qualification and relevant professional qualification.
- High level of knowledge in relevant area, PC literate, Fluent in Arabic and good standard of English.
- Team leadership, Team work, Customer service orientation and developing others.
- Having good and healthy body
- Age less than 35
- Nationality preference : Arab , Indian
- Transferable Iqama
