Job Description
-Manages and supervises all administrative staff to ensure good performance and achieved results.
-Coordinates work activities among the administrative staff by delegating assignments, coordinating schedules, reviewing output, and evaluating performance.
-Coordinates with all departments on common interest issues to ensure smooth operation and efficient service to those departments.
-Participates actively in Management meeting.
-Maintains up-to-date staff files for all employees and casual workers and ensures that those files are accessed as per set policies and procedures.

-Experience in administration management and people management
-Good command of the Arabic, English,
-Good command of basic computer skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a team environment.

-Effective problem solving and decision making.
Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
