Job Description

General responsibilities:

Organizing and schedule the work of the General Director and the daily activities professionally and confidentially

Duties:

- Organize the General Director tables of dates daily, weekly and monthly.
- Organize and modernize the communications system of the titles of work, knowledge and public services associated with the work of the General Director.
- Coordination operational priorities of the Director as scheduled.
- Structure interviews and meetings with the directors of the departments daily.
- Prepare working drafts and arrange regular meetings.
- Report all managers instructions of the Director as soon as they are recorded in the tasks registry to display with follow-up phases of its implementation to the General Director.
- Arranging travel bookings, hotels, tickets and insurance follow-up to all those associated with work.
- Book signing and receipt order of priorities signed from the heads departments according to the needs and interest of work.
- Codification of correspondence, numbering and storage of information, to develop an effective system to organize communications and the restoration request.
- Maintaining records of agreements - contracts - for the Office of the General Director
- Keep the pictures and original documents pertaining to the General Director.
- Follow-up all administrative procedures associated with the file to the General Director of domestic and coordinate with the administrative assistant to do so.
- Carry out its tasks in the order of all communications and manage their social relations between all departments In a professional manner and social characteristic.
- Maintaining the appearance to fit the time.
- Maintaining the secrets either private or public, and copy all documents.
- Handle the pressure of work.

Skills

- Courtesy and flexibility in handling the administrative under all circumstances.
- Agility and the ability to deal with changes and administrative developments daily.
- Proficiency in the use of computer and its applications.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
