To deliver IT technical support service within assigned country. Undertake system administration, store and office support.* Configure and install Network servers (Linux/Windows 2000/Novell) * Handle on-site/off-site computer hardware & network problems at any point of time * Upgrade operating systems and software applications * Handle user complaints and provide ultimate solutions to their requirements * Assemble and install point of sale systems (IBM, Micros)* A fully competent computer hardware Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience * Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage * Able to work under pressure, with the ability to multi task * Good written and spoken English, Arabic would be an advantage * A patient and friendly style to ensure that excellent customer service is provided to internal users to aid and resolving system related issues
