- Must posses an Electrical Engineering Degree with minimum of 10 years experience in Estimation and tendering of major EHV/HV Substation projects (66kV S/S and above) out of which 5 years minimum experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Must be familiar with all international electrical standards, protection systems with the ability to interpret technical specifications and related engineering drawings to determine scope of works (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil etc)
- Well versed in Estimating projected material cost, direct and indirect as well as sourcing vendors for services required.
Good experience in preparing bid packages comprising of technical and commercial proposals. Knowledge in Computer software will be an added advantage.
