Job Purpose
To assist in the creating and implementation of communication program’s that effectively promote the organization, its services, and its culture both externally and internally. The effectively handy all internal and external communications on behalf of the company and assist in producing, maintaining and updating corporate literature in the line with strategic intent and corporate objectives.
Key Account Abilities
Description
External communication: support the annual marketing strategy for the group, working with in a budget to ensure periodic presence in the media
External communion: Support the marketing function of all divisions and prepare publications to promote our products to customers
Printed internal communications: collaborate in gathering information and writing articles for the link and GSS Newsletter.
English and French translation of all internal and external communications in Bahrain and other BMMI locations.
Internal communications: Implementing internal communications campaigns to help manage change as company grows, protecting and promoting its mission, culture, values, policies and initiatives.
Internal communications: Work with Training & Development to promote WH, LEAD and ASPIRE.
Internal communications: maintain and update Wall of Fame to ensure exceptional performers and WH recipients are given due recognition.
Internal Communications: Liaise with corporate performance to publish key performance indicators to all company locations by using innovative campaigns and communications material.
Internal Communications: Liaise with Health and Safety officer to promote Health and Safety policies and safe practices to all company locations by using innovative campaigns throughout the year.
Internal Communications: Liaise with corporate performance to publish policies and procedures to all company locations using innovative campaigns and communication material throughout the year.
Internal & External Communications: Liaise with HR and CBE to create recruitment advertisements.
Electronic internal communications: help gather information for communication screens and intranet
Electronic communications: send time sensitive notifications via SMS to all employees
Liaise with HR on all personnel additions, deletions and promotions to update outlook contact list and Groups.
May be required to carry out ad d hoc duties for the company within the scope of his/her skills and experience.
Job Context
Local & international travel may be required.

Divisional Managers: Act as liaison between then and the rest of the company

Follows set processes and procedures for all task and approvals as laid out by management
Reports issues to management whenever decisions involving costs to the company are required
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor Degree in journalism or communications
Excellent spoken and written English, Arabic and French
Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience working in a busy multicultural environment
Previous work in pr/Communications/Marketing related role
Superior writing, editing and communications skills
