Job Description
You would be tasked with overseeing every aspect of the Central Production Unit (CPU) of our Great brand of ready-to-eat foodstuff to ensure a smooth flow of activity in accordance with superior quality levels, set targets and strategic plans. Your responsibilities will include administering the production of the cooking menu and introducing new products - where possible - to provide a more extensive range to customers. You will also be required to maintain an impeccable measure of cleanliness and hygiene in the CPU, as well as ensure that all applicable safety and legal requirements are complied with.
Skills
The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor’s or related culinary degree with a minimum of 5 years culinary management experience. Fluency in spoken and written English is a must (Arabic offering an advantage) coupled with relevant knowledge of cooking practices and techniques, food storage and nutritional values, and a proven track record for managing, developing and motivating a multicultural team.
