Commercial Manager, sourcing & supply - Technical
-You will be a will be tasked with a business developement role for contract supply division by taking a hands on approach with soliciting and capturing new businesses with the Government & Defence sector for US and non-US clients and supports current operations in Africa and the Middle East.
-You job will also include managing the sales, procurement, cutomer relations and administrative functions.
-You will monitor and ensure the achievement of volume, revenue, distribution and market coverage within budgetary constraints as well as controlling stock and debtor levels, forecasted sales and identifying trends to aid decision-making and ways to improve the business.
-You will have to prepare reports and communicate progree and issues to the management, principals.
EXPERIENCE
-Minimum 5 years in a Business Administration Managmenet role
-Substantial and broad knowledge of Africa & Middle East
-Commercial experience in African contitent
-Knowledge of company and principal stategies
-Kowledge of US Government and Military practices
-Proven success in managin, developing and motivating a multicultural workforce
OTHERS
-Must have a valid Bahraini driving license
-Ability and willingness to travel within North America, Europe, Africa and Middle East as required
-Able to supervise, motivate, coach and performance manage multinational teams
-Develop excellent relationships with customers, principles and communicate effectively at all levels
-Identifies potential new business and address opportunites
-Manage the operation within budgetary constraints
-Analytical and can prepare meaningful and accurate written and computerised reports
-Negotiation
-PC proficient in Word, Excel, MIS and internal computer system
-English is a must. French and Arabic is a plus
