Job Description
Interface with customer representatives in the field to include job scheduling, products and materials, equipment requirements. Assist operations to optimize equipment and personnel utilization.
Assist the Operations Manager to include personnel cross-training and assignment, equipment upgrades and utilization, Standard Practices and Safety directives, and well site quality control.
Service Supervisor development. Service Supervisor Trainees must be identified and trained to facilitate increased activity levels. This process will be a priority of the Field Supervisor position.
Interface with field personnel, Operations Manager to ensure Job Expectation directives are satisfied for all Equipment Operators and Service Supervisors.
Actively support the goals and objectives identified in the District Performance Agreements.
Responsible for the following: Coordinate Logistics and crew movement between field locations, job tickets, pre and post-job reports, documentation and all client related HSE audits and follow-up’s.
Ensure jobs are conducted in a safe manner in accordance with company’s HSE policies and procedures.
Should be capable of taking overall control of all aspects of coiled tubing Jobs.
Skills
High school / diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years supervisory and 5 years direct Coiled Tubing experience.
Demonstrated leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills, practical application of interviewing skills, interpersonal skills, and basic management skills.
Must be safety conscious. Must be familiar with all aspects of CT/N2 equipment and operations
