Job Description

• Ensure the IT infrastructure for the company is suitable for company objectives

• Define, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures for the company

• Design, plan, install, and maintain the IT systems & hardware infrastructure

• Specify and request to purchase new IT equipment as required

• Support all Mena staff with their PC requirements and problems, both hardware and software

• Operate the IT networks with minimum downtime

• Control operating costs

• Maintain the security and integrity of the Mena corporate communications network

• Specify, write, and practically operate a Business Continuity Plan for the IT network

• Work with other departments to identify present or future requirements and to research, recommend, develop, implement, and maintain cost-effective technology solutions
