Job Description
• Handle business development, operations and oversees branch staff.
• Responsible for all aspects of the client development cycle from planning, prospecting, developing, closing and account maintenance.
• Manages all financial aspects of the branch including the budget and profit and loss statement.
• Staff management which includes managing, coaching, training and motivating direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law
• Establish training programs for the customer service team
• Customer care satisfaction, analyze customer needs and responsible for all aspects of the client quality assurance services.
• Prepare sales reports to be submitted to the management on daily basis.
• Responsible of maximizing sales and revenue targets of Menatelecom products.
• Ensure that customer complaints are handled efficiently and effectively and maintain highest customer satisfaction level.
• Ensure that IT Networks are supporting the customer care by maintaining fast bill payments and service.
• Provide weekly forecast for all Mentalecom products, mobiles, accessories etc.
• Issue inventory to branches based on requirements and monitor the movement of stock.
