Job Description
• Check the works done by the sub-consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers with contractor′s site and office team.
• Evaluate and certify their payments.
• Negotiate and agree variations and final accounts with them.
• Look after and agree insurance matters with insurers.
• Regularly register and update the summary of sub-consultant and sub-contract procurement.
• Sublet sub-consultant and sub-contract packages.
• Work closely with contractor′s office and site team.
• Direct report to a commercial manager.
Skills
• Degree in construction, quantity surveyor or the like discipline.
• 4 - 6 years' work experience for a contractor.
• Quantity surveying and subletting knowledge and experience on a railway project.
