Job Description
• Set up cost centers for a railway project.
• Gather and group costs into right cost centers.
• Forecast and estimate budgets.
• Establish a budget / cost control system.
• Compile and update a budget / control report regularly.
• Alert and advice on the profitability of a project.
• Work closely with contractor′s office and site team.
• Direct report to a commercial manager.
Skills
• Degree in construction, quantity surveyor or the like discipline.
• 4 years' work experience for a contractor.
• Quantity surveying knowledge and experience.
• Exposure to and working on budget / cost control.
• Ability to speak and read Chinese is an advantage.
