Detailed Description of ServicesThe scope of work for System Engineer will comprise of the following:
- Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of Computer Hardware and Software.
- Installation and configuration of Operating systems, Office application software, System Application software, Host connectivity, anti-virus, security, and various departmental Software as per standards.
- Server installations, configuration, hardening and troubleshooting
- Manage messaging clients, file and print systems.
- Documentation Skills
- Perform advance trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity concepts.
Qualification & ExperienceDiploma / Degree in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering (preferred)
· MCSE (Microsoft Certification)
· At least 4-5 years of working and hands-on experience in Technical Support (end-user) and Business Continuity.
· Good Knowledgeable in LAN and WAN.
· Professional, thorough attitude.
· Good Communication skills
· Technical Analytical ability
· Driving License
