Job Description
Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives)
Deliver new vehicles operating features, warranty and paperwork, and lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
Review and analyze actions at the end of each day week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to customer the quality and efficiency of the dealership’s service operations.
Focus mainly on Fleet Sales e.g. Rent-A-Car companies, corporate institutions, banks, etc.
Liaise with various financial institutions in case of hire purchase deals and ensure completion of all necessary documents required by the financing company prior to invoicing / delivery of vehicles.
Skills
Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing. Motivated, dedicated & team oriented.
Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in reputed organizations. Preferable in Motor Trade.
Computer literate.
Must be excellent in both written and spoken English; Arabic will be an added advantage
