Reports to: Director, Projects Management
Basic Duties:
Designs, develops, organizes and directs technical activities for all telecommunications systems including computers to all construction projects.
Principal Duties:
- Designs and prepared plans and develops specifications for current and future hospital cummunication systems.
- Reviews and recommends approval of drawings for new telecommunication systems.
- Reviews and plans for construction of new cables and conduit, and for removal or modification of existing ones.
- Prepares and reviews detailed final construction plans for specifications, special conditions, agreements, and coordinates and inspects the work of contrators.
- Preforms continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide seamless quality service.
- Managing the website and keeping internal networks running in working closely with other IT staff.

- Keeps the division updated with latest standards, codes and professional practices.
- Participates in self and other′s education, training and development as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Communications Engineering or related degree
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
Experience and Other Qulaifications:
Four (4) years of experience in handling telecommunications and network equipment. Knowledgeable in Federal Cummunications Commission rules and regulations. Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Primavera and/or Microsoft Projects.
