Job Description
• Preparation of site management structure and plan.
• Plan, organize and staff key field positions through regional department heads, subordinate project managers, construction managers, etc.
• Establish project Objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.
• Represent company in project meeting, assist in labor negotiations/strategy meeting, etc.
• Assume additional responsibilities as directed by corporate executives.
• Tender evaluation and recommendation when appointing sub-contractors.
• Assembling contract documentation.
• Preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Control and manage Company Assets and Materials.
• Organizing handover/occupation procedures.
• Coordination with Consultants/Client Representative.
Skills
• Minimum of 3-8 years of relevant experience;
• Requires a high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate across all levels of the organization;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Problem solving capabilities and exceptional analytical skills; and
• Must be diligent and self-motivated.
