The Employer Account Manager establishes links with employers to generate appropriate and sustainable vacancies for “Hard to Help” Hafiz Job Seekers. The role requires establishing and maintaining close working relationships with local employers, Mentors, Hafiz job seekers and other key partners. He will also work with our employer partners to generate work taster and work trial opportunities. In particular, they will work with employers to develop sector specific route-ways that will combine training with real jobs

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a wide variety of clients and employers
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
• Demonstrates organisation & planning skills including time management
• Ability to self-manage and motivate a team of job advisors to think critically
• Willingness to learn formally and informally
• Works well in a team
• Ability to be flexible
• Understanding of local labour market trends and policies
• Has a high level of IT Literacy
• Workforce planning experience will be a plus
• Some experience in understanding the learning structure to help him providing the right support for employers in designing their sector route-ways training
