The Deputy Operations Manager motivates and supports large teams to achieve high performance levels and overseeing day-to-day running of operations

Excellent interpersonal skills • Natural Motivator • Team Player • Some experience in a supervisory role as a Team Leader, Group/Division Head or similar • Awareness of the employment services/welfare to work philosophy and the needs and challenges of the unemployed. • Knowledge of the current Job Market and policies that are addressing them – e.g. impact of Nitaqat program. • An ability to handle multiple priorities and projects. • Time vs. Budget and Quality Delivery aptitude • Experience of business planning, budget preparation, budget management. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to build external stakeholder relations • Management experience in a services industry - preferably a commercial environment with P&L responsibilities. • Project management skills such as negotiation, scheduling and budgeting.
