Job Description
To carry out teaching and instructional duties to deliver information technology and communications training to Trainees and Cristal Global personnel at the Yanbu Plant Site (YPS).
POSITION SPECIFICATION
Define the typical knowledge and experience required for the position. Include technical or specialized knowledge
and experience, supervisory or managerial skills and experience, human relations skills and any
professional qualifications/certifications required.
Skills
• At least 3-5 years proven ITC training experience with adults, particularly in a country not of one’s origin (i.e. Middle East, Asia).
• Fully computer literate with knowledge of and experience with CALL and authoring software, and MS Office Applications, or a willingness to learn new skills in a multimedia environment.
• Must be fluent or near fluent in English IELTS Composite score of 6.5 or above, with no less than 6.0 in any one component or TOEFL 213 (computer based) 550 (paper based test), or Toefli iBT Total score of 80.
• A full clean driving license from country of origin.
• Checkable references.
• Ready to deploy to work site within six (6) months
Desirable:
• Experience of multimedia suites and their application to teaching.
• Experience of instructing and/or training in Saudi Arabia or other Arab states is highly desirable (preferably within an industrial organizational environment).
