Job Description
1. Programming f the telephone system (short codes, access codes, extensions, voice mail and billing system).
2. Cable pulling and termination.
3. Troubleshooting (include tracing of lines).
4. Working on AVAYA system (AVAYA system is a connection point between Cristal Yanbu and other Cristal plant).
5. User support especially in telephone system.
6. Coordinate with Ericson.
7. Coordinate with all vendors.
8. Coordinate with warehouse.
9. Any other task as required by line manager.
Skills
• 4 years experience
• Knowledge of all telephones system and telephones network.
• Knowledge of using the existing system
• Capability of tracing the damaged telephones lines.
• Drawing reading
• Finding out the problems and save the times
• Knowing the TEL defect areas.
