Summary:
Accurately record inward and outward shipments, maintain accurately the stock of materials.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:-
Primary Responsibilities:
• Receive and arranging Raw Material, Finished products
• Verify of received Raw material, finished products
• Prepare the GRNs and followup for return of GRN after inspection. Report any damage to the purchase Officer/Engineer through Store Officer
• Update the Raw material stock and finished good stock control cards
• Maintain Material stock control cards
• Issuing the Raw material to the Production department
• Prepare Delivery Note/Receipt
• Supervise loading of finished products and unloading of raw material
• Keep record of material issued without QC inspection, Positive Recall
• Maintain proper environment in stores area
• Report stock status to concerned departments
• Execute any other tasks assigned by department head
• Comply with all HSE requirements
• Attend HSE tool box meetings
• Report all accidents/incidents.
