Reporting to : Maintenance Manager
Department : Maintenance
Duties and Responsibilities: -
• Ensure machine availability to production by reducing break down time by fast rectifications and good preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with mechanical maintenance / production for joint actions for rectifying machine problems.
• Monitor spares stocks.
• Man power scheduling.
• Helping subordinates in trouble shooting.
• Monitor and improve performance levels of subordinate staff.
• Ensure the functioning of the department as per relevant management systems.
• Any other special instructions from superiors.
Skills
• He should be an engineering graduate in electrical discipline
• 8 years experience in similar position in a PVC Compound manufacturing unit.
• Good working knowledge of PLC, drives, controls and instrumentation.
• Should be well versed with management systems and have good computer and communication skill.
