Job Description
Technician
Conduct/implement PPM on time as per agreed schedule & plan and in line with agreed timeframe.
Keep track and control over running TP machines, always support TP operators to maintain good performance and respond fast to fix any trouble encountered in order to deliver required quantity on time according to the production plan and achieve target efficiency.
Always focus on eliminating repetitive/chronicle breakdown & prioritize activities in order to achieve high productivity.
Be disciplined and always available near to TP mc in order to respond fast to any stop.
Support/assist TB-EOL in order to achieve good results.
Continuously meet other shifts technician during shift overlap and effectively & clearly communicate & handover
Skills
High technical knowledge in TP machine.
Good leadership/coaching skills.
Good communication
Co-operative with positive attitude
Dependable/reliable
Good analytical; flexibility.
