• To manage the regional recruitment process for internal & external Departments requirements. identifying vacancies, receiving requirements, from the initial stages of identifying a vacancy through to mobilization of the candidate into the role using selected recruitment channels• To conduct CV searches, shortlists, candidate interviews and reference checks to determine if candidates are suitable for internal opening/s or for retention on the HR database• Discusses with relevant project’s coordinators/ Managers, approved recruitment requisitions and prepares a recruitment plan of action for each projects. • Inducts new recruits by explaining service condition and benefits, prepares appropriate employment contracts. Introduces senior recruits to Management• New recruit understanding of company policies and procedures after induction and follows up with departments to expedite job interview record and prepare job offers for successful candidates. Follows up with offered candidates and prepare recruitment contracts• Arranging interviews and processing as necessary interviews on daily basis.• Prepares and distributes weekly & monthly activity report to all division/t managers and senior management, covering recruitment section activities, as required by current procedures;
The successful candidate should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years good work experience preferable in the Automotive industry at least 2 years in recruiting for a major industrial concern or major recruitment agency.- excellent in arabiac & english
