Reports to: Supervisor as assigned
Basic Duties:
Performs a variety of general office/l work.
Principal Duties:
- Collects and delivers inter-office mail to various departments.- Ensures that confidentiality of the mails is being adhered.- Assists in clerical worls such as filing, photocopying and distribution of internal documents.- Participates in self and other′s education training and development as applicable.- Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school graduate- Fluent in English
Experience and other related qualifications:
Two (2) years related experience.
