Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
• Work closely with front line operational management and supervisors in order to plan routing with consciousness of both management strategies and field needs
• Supervise and lead HHT administrators to accomplish day to day workload
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Prepare master data for routing and re-routing
• Proceed with re-routing with taking into consideration and balancing between management strategies and field needs
• Plan re-routing in all branches level with alignment of RSMs
• Create and maintain re-routing data
• Provide reports related to re-routing analysis and impact on performance
• Give instructions to HHT administrators on daily activities and assignments
• Follow-up with HHT administrators on requested assignments
• Manage and split responsibilities of daily sales technology supplies and stocks (paper rolls, printer cartridge…)
• Intervene with suppliers to fasten deliveries and maintenance issues if above HHT administrator reach
• Manage day to day administrative needs of HHT administrators
Skills
• Industry expertise along with strong knowledge of sales technology tools and route planner.
• Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills - Confidence to lead and direct discussion across all levels. Ability to engage and enthuseothers with clear, concise communication to reach decision and recommendation.
• Strong follow up and negotiation with suppliers
• Project Coordination - ability to pull together, manage and lead cross-functional teams. Build critical paths, communicate clearly and maintain focus & momentum against key initiatives.
• Organisational ability - managing a large workload, strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG Company for a minimum of 4-6 years
• Very Good English and Arabic language skills
• No travel restrictions

• Diploma / BCS degree
• 2 years System Implementation / development experience
