Job Description
• Providing direct support and (in consolidation with Technical Manager and Financial Controller of the group).
• Spearheading the entire sales efforts of the company and responsible for all activities to meet the individual sales targets as well as the overall sales targets.
• Establishing marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products
• Increasing penetration level and market share of company’s product mix.
• Planning and executing proper allocation of budgets to achieve R.O.I objectives.
• Managing infrastructure related issues, including territory infrastructure plans, expansion process, analyzing distributors,
• Identifying growth opportunity and gap analysis through analysis of routes- frequency, depth and width, and outlet expansion as per data available and sales forecasting
Skills
• Minimum 3 years Experience in Selling FMCG/Beverage products.
• Bachelor degree
• Fluency in English is preferred
• Transferrable Igama & driving license are must.
