European Expo specializes in providing high quality materials for the interiors and exteriors from Europe to Saudi Market.
Established in Saudi Arabia with Showrooms in Jeddah and Riyadh; European Expo deals in all kinds of porcelain Tiles. It has collection of different colors and sizes of European Floor tiles, wall tiles swimming pool mosaics and high quality handmade porcelain.
Position: National Sales Manager based in Jeddah or /and riyadh
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate the sales department across the central and western regions.
- Prepare annual sales budget - identify and develop resources to support business growth, implement the market, pricing and distribution strategies in Saudi Arabia.
- Supervise sales activities within assigned areas and units to ensure sales targets are met.
- Ensures the effective execution of promotional and special marketing events.
- Participating in Corporate Exhibitions and Events, Stands and meeting rooms, in full schedule.
- Guiding the company to the new items needed in the market.
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to implement effective advertising and merchandising programs to increase showroom traffic and sales.
- Generate new clients in order to add volume to the existing business by identifying the market potential.
- Review and benchmark the internal and external environment in order to improve the Sales policies and initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
- Lead the planning, reporting, price implementation and margin management.
- Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded throughout the organization, and select/develop/motivate associates to ensure strong team spirit amongst departments/business units.
Skills:
- Candidates currently based in KSA with relevant market knowledge (local & regional).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development/Sales roles in a design, contracting / construction industry.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- Written and verbal fluency in English.
- Computer Expert (Windows Office package), good working knowledge with CRM systems is a plus.
