Job Description
- Assist in analysis of process control data.
- Preparation of process control data, PFD’s and PID’s.
- Assist in developing new processes.
- Feasibility studies and commissioning of projects (CCR).
- Perform heat and mass balance.
- Undertake plant and laboratory scale trials.
- Prepare experimental operating directives.
- Provide technical support for operation supervision and management and assist with practical solution of abnormal plant situations.
- Assist with HAZ – OP and other safety reviews on existing and new processes.
- Write monthly reports summarizing problems encountered with respect to plant performance and progress on key projects.
Skills
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering
- 5 years Industrial experience as process engineer. In TiO2 plant / heavy chemical / Petrochemical Industry.
- Process design calculations.
- Research based study.
- Feasibility studies.
- Material identification and sourcing.
- Computer Literate.
- Report writing. Good communicating skill in English.
