1. To ensure clients satisfaction and to keep, maintain & drive in more business (revenue and/or visitors) to the Clients.

To initiate, develop and maintain productive business relation with the business community especially the travel industry including Travel Agents, OTA Wholesalers, Airlines (serving our clients destinations and its competitors) and major Corporate Companies with Meeting/Incentive Group potential
To assist in the implementation of company & Clients Business plans
To assist in promoting the business of assigned accounts & other colleagues accounts
To assist in the successful management of assigned projects
To source business leads and incorporate new ideas for business growth
To establish and maintain client/contact data base
To maintain continual and systematic contact with all clients and potential clients
To ensure efficient, courteous and timely services to all clients
To prepare reports as may be required
To establish and maintains files and/or records on all clients & contacts
