The Institute Manager is in charge of all institute related functions.
1) The Institute Manager is responsible for the day to day administration of the institution. Perform institute duties related to everything from marketing the Institute and recruiting new students to hiring staff and faculty members.
2) Train and support staff employees.
3) Assign employees specific tasks and keep the institute on track to meet their academic standards and recruitment quota.
4) Recommend ways to develop and distribute marketing materials and applications.
5) Responsible for recruiting students that fit the profile of the institute.
6) Any other duties requested by the management.
All this must be done in compliance with managements strategy, rules and policies.
Required to possess at least a Bachelors Degree.
Minimum of 5 years experience.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with an ability to plan and manage multiple projects concurrently in a timely manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse faculty, staff and student body.
