Job Description

• The candidate would be responsible for delivering business budgets; within both retail and projects segment.


• The candidate should have track record in working with premium brands towards building the brand and driving showroom performance by exploring local opportunities.


• The candidate would be responsible for ensuring excellent customer relations. He/she will manage and motivate retail sales personnel to achieve this.


• Should have sound knowledge of visual merchandising mechanics and should ensure that the showroom displays always adhere to company norms, and makes optimum use of showroom space.


• Should have experience in leading a team of retail staff and should be experienced in managing all staffing issues/schedules etc.


• The candidate should possess good training skills and would be responsible for training the retail and project sales personnel.


• The candidate would be responsible for all coordination with the warehouse for ensuring smooth running of all customer deliveries and other logistics.




**The candidate should be willing to work in Dammam

Skills

• Minimum of three years experience as a showroom manager with a premium furniture brand.


• Exposure to project sales.


• Should possess KSA Driving license.


• Should be fluent in Arabic.


• Well versed with MS Office package.
