– Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Manager
• As a Logistics Executive responsible to manage logistics operations in Egypt.
• Manage imports and customs clearance for shipments bound to Cairo.
• Follow up with official authorities, 3pl and commercial departments in back office.
• Obtain freight, clearance and transportation quotes.
• Reconcile invoices of logistics and follow up on payments.
• Manage warehouse operations.
• Distribution of stock within Egypt.
• Track and trace shipments.
• Report writing

Skills

• Communication skills.
• Report writing.
• Computer literate.

Additional Requirements

• Ideally candidate should be Egyptian or having Egypt work permit.
• Graduate in Business.
• Well aware of Egypt imports and clearance procedures.
• Experienced in supervising warehouse operations.
• Experience with retail / fashion / FMCG is definitely a plus point.
• Able to design work flow in warehouse.
• Control in-bound and out-bound shipments.
