Job Description:
regularly planned customer-lifecycle touch points. Major duties include selling new accounts, upgrading/cross-selling existing accounts, renewing accounts, and providing superior customer service & support.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain client relationships to meet and exceed sales goals
2. Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP) in a timely and accurate fashion.
3. Work with customers to identify challenges that our solutions can solve.
4. Conduct professional and informative sales presentations
5. Share expertise and best practices with new recruits and co-workers
6. Provide market intelligence to Sales to identify product improvement areas
7. Gather competitive intelligence regarding pricing and other information.
8. Execute direct marketing campaigns such as cold calling, or email marketing.
9. Provide monthly opportunity pipeline and report on specific campaigns.
10. Suggest improvements that can be made to increase value of collateral.
11. Maintain excellent product knowledge and attend all training sessions.
12. Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system. Clean data when appropriate.
13. Participate in coaching sessions to find opportunities for improvement.
14. Meets regularly with and provides client services leadership for Traffic Manager, Creative, Digital Marketing, Insights & Innovation and Data Solutions Teams to coordinate agency efforts on behalf of assigned clients.
Account executive receives client briefings. Completes reports from all client meetings and distributes to appropriate agency personnel.
15. Quickly and accurately relays client changes on projects to all appropriate team members.
16. Manages internal creative meetings ensuring client-approved strategies are understood and well executed.
17. Effectively presents, sells and defends all agency work/proposals to clients in conjunction with AD; supports other client services team members in these functions.
18. Keeps apprised of clients’ brands, programs, services and marketing developments.

19. Reviews and approves client invoicing and planned future billing projections.
20. Account executive responds promptly to all client communications, including calls, faxes and emails.
21. Checks and approves creative/production materials, copy, layouts, and production art, and coordinates client approval of same.
22. Coordinates project execution, timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel.
23. Actively seeks additional projects/new business from client contacts.
24. Keeps apprised of internal projects through production and traffic managers or other relevant personnel.
25. Marshals internal resources and provides strategic direction in the creative briefs for individual projects while leading internal team through execution.
26. Develops strong working relationship with mid-level client and engages AD in client satisfaction variables that might influence future retention.
27. Effectively supervises direct reports, building and authentic team environment with those reports and with those on his/her agency team. Creates a context in which people thrive and positively impact the agency culture.
28. Leads by example and serves as a mentor for more junior staff.

Skills Required:
 
• Should be a skilled and creative copywriter through detailed market analysis
• Proficient communication skills
• Must be aware of the market trends, competitors in the market and future threats
• Expert marketing skills and ability to implement new and innovative marketing strategies
• Motivating, leadership quality and should believe in team work and collective efforts
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Bachelor in Marketing
