Site Supervisor - Mining

The Site Supervisor manages all the construction and mining site activities and offers advice, uncolored by any conflicting interest, on matters such as:

a.Optimum use of available funds
b.Control of the scope of the work
c.Project scheduling and project cost control
d.Optimum use of design and construction firms’ skills and talents
e.Avoidance of delays, changes and disputes
f.Enhancing project design and construction quality ( part of Value Added design and Engineering efforts )
g.Optimum use of mining technology Know-how
h.Enforces international mining practices
i.Optimum flexibility in contracting and procurement
j.Cash flow management

Comprehensive management of every stage of the project, beginning with the original concept and project definition, yields the greatest possible benefit to Owners from professional Construction Management Style.

Skills

a.Graduate degree in Mining or Industrial Engineer in Construction with a minimum of 7 years in the function or equivalent experience in mining field
b.Strong People management and strong communication skills
c.Developed negotiation and diplomacy skills
d.Very good knowledge in English ( oral and writing )
e.7 Years experience in similar position. Relevant experience in a Middle East project environment is an asset.
f.Able to work in a multi- cultural environment
g.He is not afraid to work in a multicultural environment, nor to relocate with his family for an extended period abroad.
